Cooking Class: Make Ravioli From Scratch
You'll feel transported to Italy in this immersive cooking class. Chef Sumeet will teach you the time-honored techniques to make authentic ravioli. First, you'll learn to make fresh pasta dough using flour, eggs and salt. Roll out the dough to become ravioli. Then, make an earthy mushroom, creamy ricotta and spinach or rich butternut squash filling. Stuff your ravioli and cook it to perfection. Finish the class by enjoying your feast of magnificent homemade Italian flavors.
