Cooking Class: Sicilian Seafood Classics
Experience the flavors of the Ionian Sea in this hands-on Sicilian cooking class with Chef Giuseppe.
You’ll begin by butterflying sardines and stuffing them with breadcrumbs, pine nuts, raisins and oranges for vibrant sarde a beccafico. Next, you’ll elevate classic spaghetti with a rich wild grouper ragù made with cherry tomatoes, olives and capers. You’ll also prepare delicate swordfish topped with a sweet-and-sour Catanese sauce, then finish the experience with a traditional Sicilian cannoli filled with ricotta, candied orange and chocolate chips.
