The class begins with a traditional Panzanella topped with fresh tomato, onions and basil. Transform potato into homemade gnocchi, learning the traditional techniques to knead and shape it. Next, craft a homemade tomato sauce with fresh burrata from Naples flavored with basil and local extra virgin olive oil. Toss the gnocchi in the sauce for a decadent and hearty second course.
