Cooking Class: Craft an Authentic Pasta Feast in Milan

Class begins with a traditional aperitivo of salumi and cheese from a small producer in Chianti. Then, master the technique of making pasta dough from scratch and transforming it into short shapes like maccheroni, garganelli or farfalle. Next, roll and cut long-shaped pasta such as tagliatelle, fettuccine, pappardelle or tagliolini. You'll also make ravioli with a seasonal filling, dressed in a rich butter and sage sauce. This cooking class was 5 stars. The one-on-one experience was amazing. Chef Niccolo was informative and the food was delicious. I could not have asked for a better Chef or class. The personal touches of having the class in their home was better than expected.
