The Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce Cooking Class was an outstanding culinary experience. The combination of an excellent instructor, a comfortable learning environment, and a delectable end result made it a truly memorable day. Chef Georgi provided great insides on best practice to cook salmon and his technics for Hollandaise souse made it look so easy. Highly recommend his classes.
