Chef Christophe is a classically trained French chef who began his professional culinary career in Poiters, France. After graduating from culinary school, Chef Christophe went on to work as a chef in Paris and Montreal before settling in New York where he currently lives and works. Chef Christophe now has more than 15 years of experience running highly successful and highly rated restaurants across the world.
