In this lecture-style cooking class, you'll learn how to use African spices to flavor a traditional lamb stew. Chef Karla will teach you the recipes and techniques to craft this savory meal from scratch. First, you'll learn how to clean and marinate the meat. Then, you'll add lamb and tomatoes to a pot and flavor it with ginger, bay leaves and more spices. Then, add some heat with the African Scotch bonnet peppers. Master the art of stewing low and slow before enjoying your filling homemade feast.
