Team Building Activity: Magnificent Maki Making
Join Chef Made Master in this team building activity to handcraft three different speciality maki rolls utilizing an impressive array of exotic ingredients. Your team will first learn basic Japanese culinary techniques, including how to add color and texture to spicy salmon rolls with masago. Then, you'll continue expanding upon your maki-making techniques and learn how to roll a vegetable futomaki, as well as a double tuna roll with an enticing black pepper sauce. After working together to make your magnificent maki, your engaging team building experience will end with a heavenly lemon and blueberry cheesecake dessert.

This was such a fun and great experience, amazing food with chef Made! He goes above and beyond to make your experience something to always remember. You are able to work directly with the master chef Made and learn how to cook delicious Thai food. Very Highly recommended!
