Cooking Class: Thai Vegan Favorites

Chef Meir teaches traditional Thai dishes adapted for a plant-based diet. You'll start with Thai lettuce wraps with grilled tofu, flavored with peanuts and a sweet and savory coconut sauce. Next, create a Panang curry with onions, bell peppers and coconut milk. Master a classic pad thai with assorted vegetables, bean sprouts, crunchy peanuts and an optional egg. Last, finish the meal with the vibrant tropical flavors of a delicious mango sticky rice dessert.
