Chef Natalie designed this in-person cooking class for couples to learn how to create gourmet dishes together. The appetizer, entrée and pasta are all completely customized to your tastes. Begin with either empanadas with tomato relish, seafood egg rolls with duck confit or shrimp and grits. Next, choose from macaroni and cheese, with or without lobster, or a hearty pasta carbonara. Your main entrée is either a whole branzino, European sea bass, with lemon and crab or a grilled filet with mushroom demi-glace.

We had such a great time with chef Natalie! She taught us so much and the food was amazing. I never thought I'd make pasta carbonara, whole branzino, or duck eggrolls but she made it so easy and fun. We learned so many cool tricks along the way. She is amazing !
