Cooking Class: Classic Family Meal

Chef Natalie is ready to help you step up your weeknight recipe rotation. You'll learn classic and simple cooking techniques to create a meal the whole family will crave. Start with a creamy baked brie and fruit compote and crisp spinach salad with apples and feta. Your main entrée is a mixed grill of salmon, chicken and sirloin topped with bleu cheese and fresh herbs with a side of balsamic Brussels sprouts and roasted potatoes. A berry compote shortcake makes a sweet ending.


Baked Brie and Fruit Compote

Spinach Salad

Mixed Grill With Blue Cheese and Herbs 

With salmon, chicken breast, sirloin, butter, and spices 

Balsamic Brussels Sprouts 

With cherry tomatoes, shallots, rosemary and Parmesan cheese

We had such a great time with chef Natalie! She taught us so much and the food was amazing. I never thought I'd make pasta carbonara, whole branzino, or duck eggrolls but she made it so easy and fun. We learned so many cool tricks along the way. She is amazing !
