Join Chef Pierre for an unforgettable team building activity as you and your group collaborate to cook up some delicious homemade pizzas! To kick things off, you'll prepare a Caesar salad topped with homemade croutons and an authentic dressing. Then, you'll learn the age-old art of crafting authentic pizza dough, as well as how to whip up homemade marinara sauce. Then, you'll assemble your pizza pies, adding a variety of fresh toppings before baking them to perfection. Finally, for dessert, you'll work together to whip up a chocolate soufflé.

We had a great night and fun time learning from Chef Pierre! All the courses were amazing, especially the beef Wellington! We have tried Gordon Ramsay’s at Hell’s Kitchen and Chefs Pierre’s beef Wellington was 100 times better in our opinion.

We had so much fun with Chef Pierre! Very impressive résumé and incredibly knowledgable about food. Not to mention the meal was delicious, we learned a lot, and he even upgraded us! Made my best friend's birthday a wonderful and memorable experience. Thank you!!
Born in France, Chef Pierre started his culinary career with 12 years of French culinary training, and spent one year studying in Italy. Having worked with some of the top chefs in the world, including Chef Alain Ducasse, Chef Pierre himself has now become an expert, particularly when it comes to preparing fish and meats, whipping up sauces and baking artisanal desserts. He's even had the honor of cooking for four United States presidents! Chef Pierre has been an executive chef and culinary instructor for many years, and he continues to offer his background of skills and knowledge to young students. Perhaps most importantly, in all of his cooking classes, Chef Pierre teaches from the heart and shares his passion for the art of cooking.
