Team Building Activity: Pacific Northwest Cuisine With a Kick

In this team building activity with Chef Robert, you and your group will cook up delicious and innovative dishes highlighting the flavors of the Pacific Northwest with just a touch of sweet Southwestern heat. To start, you'll build a chili pepper Caesar salad topped with crunchy croutons and creamy Cotija cheese. Then, you'll work together to prepare the main course, spicy enchiladas filled with roasted chicken and Hatch chilis. Lastly, you and your group will whip up a caramel mousse for dessert, which you'll enjoy with sweet vanilla cream and a blueberry coulis.

I dislike the fact that Golden Apron doesn't remind it's users of their appointments until after the cancellation window has expired... BUT... Chef Robert and Miss Chef easily made up for my disappointment with Golden Apron. They are fun & spectacular -- friendly, outgoing, and funny! They set up the class so that we were constantly and seamlessly cooking and eating. We had low expectations given the Golden Apron snafu, but we were super impressed by the class. Absolutely delicious, and we learned a little, too!
