With this team building activity led by Chef Robert, there's no need to choose just one country's cuisine to cook. Chef Robert has crafted a menu of South American, Australian and European dishes to create a collaborative culinary adventure. Begin in Peru with a green salad topped with fresh bay scallops and red wine vinaigrette. Next, travel down under to Australia and learn to make zesty lamb lollipops with herb potatoes and a vegetable medley on the side. Finally, your team will end the tour in France by learning to prepare a whipped chocolate mousse topped with berry coulis and fresh whipped cream.

I dislike the fact that Golden Apron doesn't remind it's users of their appointments until after the cancellation window has expired... BUT... Chef Robert and Miss Chef easily made up for my disappointment with Golden Apron. They are fun & spectacular -- friendly, outgoing, and funny! They set up the class so that we were constantly and seamlessly cooking and eating. We had low expectations given the Golden Apron snafu, but we were super impressed by the class. Absolutely delicious, and we learned a little, too!
