Chef Warren lends his expertise and culinary skill to you and your group in this team building activity. You'll work together to create a three-course menu showcasing bold Mexican flavors and traditional techniques. First, you'll learn how to make homemade tortilla chips complete with guacamole, salsa verde and salsa rojo. Your entrée is chicken flautas, chicken tamales and a side of Spanish rice and beans. For dessert, enjoy crisp cinnamon-dusted churros.

We booked a team building event with Chef Warren, and it was totally perfect from start to finish. The food was delicious, and we learned a lot too. I thought the location was great too — warm and intimate, but still plenty of space for a group cooking class. If you're on the fence about booking, you definitely should go for it — worth every penny!

Chef Warren is a very polite and professional person, and he clearly knows a lot about the art of cooking. His personality made it easy for us to get comfortable, and he made sure even the beginner cooks in my group felt empowered. I would hire him again in a second — it was a pleasure having him around.

After graduating with a degree in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu, and having the opportunity to train under a number of well-known celebrity and certified master chefs, Chef Warren's professional culinary career took off. After spending years gaining extensive experience as a renowned private chef, Chef Warren is now following his passion for sharing his culinary wisdom with others by teaching interactive cooking classes — many of which place an emphasis on vegetarian and vegan cooking.
