What you get in your experience with Chef AJ, aside from an amazing meal, are amazing stories and background explaining his techniques, with informative tidbits about the dishes he was creating. Learning about the Spanish technique of how to properly crust Paella, and the ins and outs of Roman style pizza was so enjoyable.
