First, Chef Marc will start with a steamy and saucy Sardinian calamari stew. Next, using professional techniques you'll learn how to make a unique pasta dish that's rich in Italian culture; an herb-heavy trofie al pesto. For dessert, you'll satisfy your sweet tooth with a light and fluffy tiramisu della nonna with hints of light, powdery espresso.

Chef Marc was so kind and engaging. The risotto we made was the best risotto I’ve ever eaten!

Chef Marc made following a long really easy. He was great at moving the camera to give us up close looks. And also really helped us understand how to share our dishes in progress so that he could guide us. This was our first virtual cooking class but won't be the last. Risotto is now one of our favorite dishes. Thanks so much.

Caring, warm individual who opened his home and his culinary heart to us. What a wonderful way to spend Valentines day and the food was absolutely delicious! His class was absolutely magic! 10/10 would recommend.
