Experience Italian culinary classics in this hands-on class with Chef Marc. You'll learn how to prepare authentic favorites across a three-course Italian feast. First, Chef Marc will start with a steamy and saucy Sardinian calamari stew. Next, using professional techniques you'll learn how to make a unique pasta dish that's rich in Italian culture; an herb-heavy trofie al pesto. For dessert, you'll satisfy your sweet tooth with a light and fluffy tiramisu della nonna with hints of light, powdery espresso.
