Cooking Class: Handmade Spinach Ricotta Ravioli

Learn the delicate art of making ravioli from scratch in this guided cooking class with Chef Corey. He will lead you every step of the way, starting by showing you how to make your own pasta dough. 

You will fill it with a mixture of spinach and ricotta, highlighting the light and fresh flavors of Italy. Once you've made your first batch of ravioli with the help of Chef Corey, you will learn that this dish is actually pretty simple to recreate on your own.

Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Corey is a San Francisco-based chef who has traveled around the world to pursue his culinary craft. He studied traditional Italian cooking in Italy, and also completed a sommelier certification while there. He has not only cooked in a range of award-winning restaurants, but also led culinary teams in cooking, food production and kitchen safety. He currently works as a private chef and culinary instructor specializing in the use of organic and sustainable products.
