Join Chef Yapo for a lesson on crafting a Tuscan delicacy: pillowy ricotta gnudi, perfect for pleasing a dinner crowd. While gnocchis are potato-based and starchy, gnudi is airy and light.
In this class, you'll learn the tips and techniques behind one of Italy's most delectable comfort foods. Under Chef Yapo's guidance, you'll perfect the art of rolling, cutting and shaping delicate ricotta dumplings that are every bit as comforting to eat as they are palate-pleasing.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
