Cooking Class: Plant-Based Four-Course Menu

In this in-person cooking class, Chef Jordan will teach you to prepare a four-course plant-based menu. You'll use fresh herbs, vegetables and produce from his own garden. With an emphasis on superfoods, this class is geared toward vegans, vegetarians and anybody interested in using common ingredients to create healthy and delicious meals. You'll make cilantro black bean cakes, gluten-free fettuccine with lemon-basil cashew pesto and sweet cacao mint ice cream. Enjoy a chef-prepared crudité platter with homemade hummus as you start your class.


Many ingredients used in this class are organic, non-GMO and local.

This was one of our bachelor party activity ideas and we had a blast! Chef Jordan was very hospitable when we he had us at his home. The food organized and ready to go upon arrival. It was a casual yet informative event, where we had a mixture of different hands-on activities. Such as massaging ingredients into the steak, slicing potatoes for french fries, or one of our favorites, caramelizing apple slices for ice cream. Jordan was very informative and kind when it came to teaching us which was a huge part of our positive experience. We also took some extra food to go home too which was a plus. Overall the group loved it and highly recommend this, especially if you cook or plan to cook more at home, a lot of valuable takeaways.

We took our granddaughter on a little trip and one of our excursions was this cooking class. We had a wonderful time! Jordan was very encouraging, and the pasta, garlic toast, and cobbler we made were all delicious. I would heartily recommend it!
