For dessert, you'll learn how to create homemade ice cream from scratch using organic eggs and cream.

Chef Blu was wonderful. It was just my wife and I that attended her class and it was a great experience. We did the Cajun cooking class and had some of the best food that we've ever tasted. Everything was organized and simple for us to understand — I wouldn't hesitate to book another class with Chef Blu and I highly recommend that you do too.
