Recreate restaurant classics in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Blu. 


Across four courses, you'll learn how to prepare traditional Italian classics that resemble your family's restaurant favorites. Start with buttery and aromatic from-scratch garlic knots. For your main course, you'll prepare rich homemade spaghetti with hearty meatballs in a thick tomato sauce. Finish class on a sweet note with a creamy homemade mint chocolate chip ice cream made with farm-fresh eggs, cream and milk.

Chef Blu was wonderful. It was just my wife and I that attended her class and it was a great experience. We did the Cajun cooking class and had some of the best food that we've ever tasted. Everything was organized and simple for us to understand — I wouldn't hesitate to book another class with Chef Blu and I highly recommend that you do too.
