Cooking Class: Perfect Homemade Paella

Paella is one of Spain's most famous dishes, featuring a bed of rice studded with seafood, vegetables and meat. Learn how to make an authentic Spanish paella from scratch in this cooking class with Chef Samantha. She will show you how to prepare your paella rice with herbs and spices including vibrant saffron. This variation of paella will be cooked with chorizo and chicken and topped with fresh shrimp and mussels. It's a dish you will surely want to make again and again after this class.


Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
