We had a good time and having only 4 people in the class was a bonus! Catalina was friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason why we gave 4 stars is because it would of been nice to have a recipe to take home to be able to make the dish on our own. I understand a lot of it is taste preference but to have a basic recipe would of be great!

Making Poke with Chef Catalina was fun and informative! We learned some new kitchen skills. She was very clear and concise with what we needed to do given limited space. We would definitely do one of her cooking classes again!
