You'll learn a suite of superior sushi techniques, including a sweet or spicy tuna roll cradling yuzu and cucumber, a Boston roll filled with shrimp and avocado, and a Philadelphia roll made with smoked salmon, cream cheese and asparagus. Meet your chef
Chef Matt's culinary background is robust and impressive, and his passion for cooking and teaching has been shaped by the many culinary experiences he's acquired over the years. Currently the owner of a catering bakery business, Chef Matt has worked as a sous chef for James Beard nominee Chef Jenn Louis, and was a top 10 finalist in the "Christmas Cookie Challenge" on the Food Network. A creative chef by nature, Chef Matt enjoys the process of teaching others.
