With a bit of imagination, you can turn a homestyle meal into a full-fledged gourmet experience! You'll prepare lobster with mango, basmati rice and papaya, and duck breast flavored with red wine and served with sweet potatoes. For dessert, you'll create a creamy butternut squash rice pudding with chocolate chips that redefines Italian sweets.

Chef Jerry was awesome! I really enjoyed working with him and had so much fun learning new techniques. He is a classically trained chef who loves teaching others and it shows. The quality and presentation of his food was superb. I highly recommend this class to anyone that wants to further develop their culinary skills and have a fun time while learning!
