Old World flavor gets an upscale presentation in this contemporary Italian cooking class, courtesy of Chef Jerry. With a bit of imagination, you can turn a homestyle meal into a full-fledged gourmet experience! You'll prepare lobster with mango, basmati rice and papaya, and duck breast flavored with red wine and served with sweet potatoes. For dessert, you'll create a creamy butternut squash rice pudding with chocolate chips that redefines Italian sweets.

Chef Jerry was awesome! I really enjoyed working with him and had so much fun learning new techniques. He is a classically trained chef who loves teaching others and it shows. The quality and presentation of his food was superb. I highly recommend this class to anyone that wants to further develop their culinary skills and have a fun time while learning!
Chef Jerry has spent the last 20 years honing his culinary skills, and he's ready to share his hard-earned expertise with all the budding chefs out there. He's served as executive chef in the some of the world's most renowned restaurants and also successfully managed a few of his own restaurants. In addition to his impressive experience working as a chef, he also brings a strong teaching background, having spent 10 years as an adjunct professor teaching culinary and hospitality courses. Now, Chef Jerry combines his passions for both cooking and teaching by helping novice chefs learn how to create their own culinary masterpieces.
