Cooking Class: New England Seafood Soirée

Join Chef Christopher on a culinary adventure of classic New England seafood with some modern twists. 


You'll start off this hands-on cooking class by preparing a jumbo shrimp cocktail with lemon zest and homemade cocktail sauce. Next, you'll learn how to perfectly sear jumbo scallops topped with herbs and fresh chive oil. Your entrée is your choice of steamed mussels in wine sauce or lobster rolls with Kennebec County French fries. Dessert is seasonal crêpes with whipped cream, nuts and local fruit.

Our experience with Chef Christopher was such a delight! His friendly personality and fun sense of humor made us feel very welcome and relaxed in his home. We learned a great deal about the dishes that we were making and the ingredients that went into them. He provided so much food! We were stuffed at the end of the night and excited to have leftovers to take home to enjoy the next day. I would definitely recommend a class with Christopher for a fun date night or an evening out with friends.
