Cooking Class: Traditional Japanese Noodles and Soup

Learn to recreate the savory flavors of a hearty Japanese soup filled with fresh goodness in this cooking class, courtesy of Chef Alec. With his guidance, you'll create a complete and authentic Asian meal for you and your family to enjoy. Your course includes a lesson in creating dashi broth, which you'll turn into a delicious miso soup. Then, create udon noodles with pork served in curry broth and salmon poached in dashi broth and served with white rice.
