In this hands-on cooking class, you'll explore Italian-American fusion cooking and prepare an impressive three-course meal of Italian-American favorites. Chef Inga will help you learn and perfect various cooking techniques as she teaches you how to cook these delicious dishes from fresh, healthy ingredients. You'll start off with a vibrant and colorful Italian salad dressed in homemade vinaigrette. Then, for the main course, you'll learn how to prepare a rich chicken Marsala featuring pan-fried chicken in a rich and creamy mushroom Marsala wine sauce and topped with fresh parsley. Lastly, for dessert, Chef Inga will teach you how to whip up a strawberry delight with almonds.

This class was very exciting. We learned about food composition. Color, texture, flavor, spice, sweet, savory and so much more. She gave us an insight into Thai food and we had a great time!

She has been operating a family-owned Russian restaurant for almost a decade, and still excels when it comes to keeping the menu fresh and exciting.
