You'll begin with a vibrant coconut ceviche flavored with lime juice and cilantro before creating chipotle flautas featuring zesty soy chorizo and gluten-free corn tortillas, hibiscus tinga flautas, cashew crema and guacamole. And for a touch of elegance, your lesson closes with a vegan flan topped with caramelo sauce.

I surprised my boyfriend with this vegan cooking class for his birthday (he is Vegan and I am not). The decor of the restaurant is awesome and has trendy vegan vibes. The date was very intimate...it was just us and chef Fernanda! The menu for the class was authentic Mexican plant based foods. We loooved this experience and had a great time. From the appetizer to the main course to the dessert, everything was amazing. Chef Fernanda was a great teacher, had a wonderful attitude, was very encouraging and knowledgeable, and gave us great cooking tips. We were able to keep all of the recipes to take home with us. 10/10 would recommend for a date night or fun group activity!
