Cooking Class: Traditional Greek Menu

Chef Kelly shares his love of Mediterranean culture and cuisine as he teaches you to prepare authentic recipes. Start with loaded Greek hummus with pita, tomatoes, cucumbers and olives. Next is savory spanakopita pinwheels with puff pastry, spinach and feta cheese. The main entrée is tomato-caper chicken with lemons and potatoes. Dessert is kourabiedes, Greek butter cookies, with almonds and powdered sugar.
