Start with a fresh arugula and tomato salad topped with Parmesan and balsamic. Next, shape and fill culurgiones with ricotta and butternut squash. You'll then twist pasta dough into strands of lorighittas with zucchini, red onion and chicken. Dessert is a decadent chocolate ravioli with Nutella, cream and raspberries.
