Create an array of fresh, healthful plant-forward meals with your teammates in this vegetarian team building activity with Chef Carolina. You'll begin with a refreshing three bean salad, pesto panini and a black bean and quinoa burger that will satisfy the most avid meat-eater. Then, you'll create a fluffy egg white frittata filled with garden vegetables and a side of vegetarian fried rice. Finish things up with a magical black bean chocolate cake topped with sweet potato frosting. Bonding has never been so delicious!

I took Chef Carolina’s Italian class with my work team last fall, and knew I wanted to do the Mexican class with friends for my birthday. It did not disappoint! Chef and her family make the experience so fun, everyone wanting to come back another time soon. Her backyard is also beautiful, such a fun place to cook. Thank you, Chef! See you again soon. :)
Though Chef Carolina's holds degrees from the Art Institute and Institute of Natural Food, her life-long love of cooking began at home. She learned the magic of creating authentic Mexican food from her mother and grandmother, which inspired her to create menus using natural and unprocessed whole foods. Chef Carolina now brings more than a decade of experience in the restaurant world to her joyful cooking classes.
