Cooking Class: Simple Mediterranean Classics

First, Chef Iain will teach you how to create an aromatic and earthy plate of stuffed mushrooms with fresh garlic. Next, you'll learn to prepare a tempting moussaka, a traditional dish with rich and hearty layers of fresh eggplant and roasted lamb. End the night on a sweet note with a delicate and fluffy lemon panna cotta made with gelatin, cream and fresh and tart berries.
