Cooking Class: Perfecting Vegan-Friendly Steak

Enjoy three courses of vegan-inspired fare in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Skye.


Chef Skye will teach you a variety of fundamental vegan cooking techniques to create an array of plant-based foods.  First, you'll learn how to create a tart and refreshing cranberry and apple red wine miso salad garnished with sunflower seeds. Then, you'll dive into making a fulfilling plant-based steak drizzled with a homemade brandy sauce for that extra kick. A side of crisp and light almond asparagus with vegan herb butter pairs perfectly with the steak entre.
