Cooking Class: Meal Prep Workshop

Join Chef Carolina in this comprehensive hands-on cooking class if you want to learn how to meal prep delicious meals with simple ingredients and minimal waste. You'll learn the basics behind effective meal planning, including how to create a balanced meal plan for the week. Chef Carolina will guide you through a part of the week's menu and teach you how to prepare filling breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. 


Some of the dishes you'll create together will include hearty quinoa porridge with juicy berries, rosemary-garlic roasted chicken, creamy spinach pesto pasta and more. You'll leave the class with the remaining recipes, so you can tackle meal prep with all your newly acquired skills! Guests are encouraged to bring wine and beer to enjoy while they learn the essentials of meal prepping.

 Leafy salad with shredded chicken, almond dressing and radishes 

 Shaved Brussels sprouts with toasted garlic, almonds and lemon dressing

 Flank steak with apple-kale salad 

Cod a la plancha with Catalonian eggplant relish 

 Shiitake and bok choy stir fry with chicken 

 Sliced pepper steak with Swiss chard and mushrooms 

 Spinach pesto pasta with roasted tomatoes

I took Chef Carolina’s Italian class with my work team last fall, and knew I wanted to do the Mexican class with friends for my birthday. It did not disappoint! Chef and her family make the experience so fun, everyone wanting to come back another time soon. Her backyard is also beautiful, such a fun place to cook. Thank you, Chef! See you again soon. :)
