Enjoy a fun and informative in-person cooking class with your significant other. Chef Francesca will teach you how to make Italian-inspired vegetarian dishes using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques. Each course is fully customizable. You'll learn how to make stuffed mushrooms with fontina cheese or a classic bruschetta. Next up is a colorful salad course with strawberries and pecans or feta and hazelnuts. The main entree is homemade pasta. Dessert is your choice of either chocolate mousse or panna cotta.
