Enjoy a complementary cheese board and fruit juice beverages as you create strawberry and arugula panzanella salad and a seasonal vegetable frittata with ricotta and summer squash. I had a great time working with Chef Vanessa. She has a lot of experience teaching classes and she did a great job explaining the process and techniques throughout our time together. She puts an emphasis on making cooking easier and more intuitive and after working with her I definitely feel like I am more comfortable in the kitchen. Her food is super fun and she's so friendly. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the area!
