Fresh, flavorful ingredients become classic Italian American dishes under the skillful guidance of Chef Rochelle. In this hands-on cooking experience, you’ll learn to make a quartet of savory selections that are sure to satisfy.
First, you’ll craft rosemary garlic focaccia bread made from scratch, and a tomato mozzarella salad dressed with a balsamic glaze. Then, it’s homemade pasta with spicy meatballs enrobed in marinara sauce. And for dessert, a classic New York-style cheesecake with a graham cracker crust that no one will be able to pass up!
