Chef Thomas was very welcoming and personable! We definitely feel confident that we could recreate these recipes at home, whereas before we probably would have assumed they were outside our capability.

American bistro-style fare is Chef Thomas' specialty, a beautiful mix of comfort, French and Italian cuisine.
