See your old favorites in a whole new light as you prepare citrus poached beets with honey, whipped chèvre and pistachios; Atlantic mussels with chorizo, basil and a creamed sherry sauce; and a chic, updated twist on classic Salmon Oscar. For dessert, two tried and true favorites get a modern face-lift: double chocolate chip cookies and a scrumptious fruit cobbler.

Great time at Chef Ramsey’s house! Terrific menu. We all participated in the preparation of the meal. Chef Ramsey shared his knowledge with the group in a fun and friendly way. Can’t wait to do it again!

With three culinary degrees and certifications as an Executive Chef, Culinary Educator and Culinary Administrator, Chef William is an award-winning chef who brings talent and tenure to his courses. He has over 35 years of experience in the food industry and in 2008 was named Chef of the Year by the American Culinary Federation, San Diego Chapter. Chef William is an enthusiastic instructor who's eager to share his passion for food with his students.
