In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Loreanna, you will learn how to prepare a spread of authentic Mexican street food fare featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients and tropical flavor profiles.
Chef Loreanna will begin by teaching you how to prepare a Mexican-style skewered grilled shrimp appetizer with chili pepper and lime aioli. Then, you will learn how to build layers of flavor in marinated pork tenderloin tacos topped with homemade pineapple salsa and roasted jalapeño crema. Lastly, you will end on a sweet note with apple cinnamon chimichangas.

This is a great at-home activity! There were a couple things that were mentioned during the class that would have been helpful to know before (i.e. If you can't find this you can sub with this; You can prep your ___ ahead of time). We did not prep anything and were playing a bit of catchup at the beginning of class. Would take another class but may ask more questions before!

Chef Loreanna was great at answering questions but not at showing what she was doing. She also did not make the class very fun. I have taken other cooking classes where they were more interactive.
