Across six courses, you'll dive into an array of exciting Filipino meals that are bound to send your tastebuds soaring. Some of the dishes you'll learn to prepare include creamy chicken vermicelli soup, zesty boneless Aristocrat-style chicken barbecue, Aristocrat-style Java fried rice, aromatic salad with shrimp paste, refreshing calamansi soda and sweet old fashioned halo-halo.

Her family has owned and operated an authentic Filipino comfort food restaurant in Manila where she began cooking at a young age. Today, Chef Nancy is a freelance multimedia cooking show host as well as the host of a variety of fun and interactive culinary experiences that champion authentic Filipino fare.
