In this hands-on class with Chef Inga, you will learn the skills and techniques needed to prepare two colorful and authentic Thai dishes using both familiar and exotic ingredients.
Chef Inga will begin by teaching you how to pack layers upon layers of flavor into hearty and healthy Thai basil chicken lettuce wraps. Then, you will learn how to build a rainbow salad that earns its stripes with a homemade sesame vinaigrette and a kaleidoscopic array of fresh produce that makes the perfect plate mate for your Thai lettuce wraps.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
