Enjoy a fun and interactive experience as you learn how to prepare an American-style brunch spread with a vegan twist. Start with a tofu egg scramble with toast and choice of vegan sausage or bacon. You'll also make cream cheese-stuffed French toast with fresh berries, cinnamon and whipped cream as well as avocado toast with tofu eggs.
