Chef Sachet will take you step by step through the pasta-making process in this hands-on cooking class. Using flour and eggs, you’ll learn how to make fettuccine, which you’ll top with a decadent alfredo and prosciutto sauce. For an appetizer, you’ll prepare a refreshing bruschetta with a toasted baguette. For dessert, Chef Sachet will demonstrate how to make an authentic tiramisu with whipped mascarpone cheese, espresso, lady fingers and cocoa powder. You can then show off your newfound cooking skills at your next dinner party!

Chef Sachet arrived on time. She explained and demonstrated the step by step instructions of how to make fresh pasta as we followed her lead.. Chef Sachet was personable and engaging. It was an educational and fun evening. By the way the pasta dish was amazing! Can't wait to have her back.
