An Update on Coronavirus and Concerns

At Classpop!, we believe in the power of culinary experiences to bring people together and entertain them in wonderful ways. At the same time, we have been able to provide an additional source of income for our chef partners. With the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) now declared a global pandemic, we cannot help but think of those we know and care about, including you, whom we have had the privilege to host.

We wanted to share what we are doing:

Staying Informed and Healthy

First and foremost, we greatly care about your safety, as well as the health of Classpop! chefs. We are closely monitoring the situation and guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) to ensure we are giving you the most up-to-date information possible. Because the situation and policies vary by location, we encourage you to stay informed and follow the recommendations of your local health authorities.

We would also like to repeat the WHO's advice for protecting yourself and others: Wash your hands frequently with soap and/or alcohol-based sanitizers; avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth; cover your mouth or nose when you sneeze or cough; and maintain distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing. Of course, if you have a fever, cough, or difficulty breathing, seek medical attention.

a) If you are planning to book a Classpop! experience:

  • Review advice from WHO.
  • If you plan to give an experience, consider purchasing a gift card, which never expires and can be used for any experience — nationwide — on Classpop!.

b) If you’ve already book an experience:

  • Review advice from WHO.
  • If you cannot attend your class, we have options to ensure you can enjoy an experience in the future and continue to support your local chefs and venues!
  • You can reschedule. Please do so at least 48 hours in advance so our chef partners do not incur any costs in purchasing ingredients.
  • If you wish to reschedule, but don’t know a specific date in the future, Classpop! will issue a gift card for you to use on a future experience.
  • If you wish to cancel the experience, contact our team here.
