Join Chef Charles for a cooking class featuring classic Italian comfort food. A seasoned expert, Chef Charles will provide you with a fun, hands-on lesson in pasta making.
Roll up your sleeves and prepare to make your very own fresh pasta to start this course. Using traditional techniques and fresh ingredients, you'll then learn how to make a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce that's worthy of a restaurant menu. Top the dish off with juicy, perfectly grilled chicken breast for an Italian-American classic that you'll be able to recreate whenever you want it.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
