Join Chef Strange in this cooking class featuring the savory flavors and creamy textures of Italian comfort food. Discover useful new culinary techniques and enjoy an incredible meal like you've never had before.
You'll begin with flaky phyllo cups filled with creamy with parmesan cheese and a cheesy provolone, garlic and parsley pull-apart bread. Your entrée will be jumbo pasta shells stuffed with succulent shrimp, salmon and spinach topped with silky homemade Alfredo sauce. Dessert is a sweet and authentic treat of fluffy cannoli trifles with chocolate and fresh Chantilly cream.

Chef Strange is super friendly and takes her time to thoroughly explain what she is doing when teaching. She will make any cooking class enjoyable and filled with her culinary knowledge!
