Using plant-based alternatives, the chef will show you how to enjoy this beloved cuisine without meat, eggs or dairy. Start by preparing a Caprese salad with cashew milk mozzarella and white truffle vinaigrette. Next, learn how to make focaccia by hand. Enjoy polenta in a hearty mushroom and tomato sauce for your main course. Finish the meal with a creamy, dairy-free panna cotta topped with strawberry sauce.
